Tender Description
If photocopies or copies of documents are submitted instead of the originals, the originals must be presented. a) From Individuals: The receipt for the temporary guarantee deposit made to our Municipality or a bank guarantee letter, a photocopy of the identity card and a declaration of address, b) From Legal Entities: The receipt for the temporary guarantee deposit made to our Municipality or a bank guarantee letter, the authorization document and signature circular of the authorized person(s) representing the company participating in the tender, and a declaration of address must be submitted to the Tender Commission, and there must be no overdue debt to our Municipality. 3- In order for bidders to participate in the tender, they must deposit the temporary guarantee amount by the tender date and time. 4- The sale price must be paid in cash. will be taken.
