FROM DEVELİ MUNICIPALITY

The properties owned by the Treasury, located in Çomaklı Neighborhood of the district, will be sold on July 24, 2025, by Open Tender Procedure in accordance with Article 45 of the State Tender Law No. 2886.

1- The tender will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 14:00 in the Municipality Council Hall.

2- The list of documents required from the tender participants is presented below.

If photocopies or copies of documents are submitted instead of the originals, the originals must be presented.

a) From Individuals: The receipt for the temporary guarantee deposit made to our Municipality or a bank guarantee letter, a photocopy of the identity card and a declaration of address,

b) From Legal Entities: The receipt for the temporary guarantee deposit made to our Municipality or a bank guarantee letter, the authorization document and signature circular of the authorized person(s) representing the company participating in the tender, and a declaration of address must be submitted to the Tender Commission, and there must be no overdue debt to our Municipality.

3- In order for bidders to participate in the tender, they must deposit the temporary guarantee amount by the tender date and time. is required.

4- The sale price will be collected in cash.

5- Title deeds will be issued after all debts are paid.

6- In case of disputes arising from this tender, the Develi courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve them.

7- The tender specifications can be obtained from the Develi Municipality Directorate of Planning and Urban Development, and from the website http://www.develi.bel.tr.

8- The Municipal Council has the authority to decide whether or not to hold the tender. It is announced to the relevant parties.
