Users, within the framework of the rights and powers granted to them under Article 11 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), can apply to the Municipality to:

- To request information regarding the processing of personal data if it has been processed.
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,
- To request that the correction, deletion and destruction processes carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- To object to a result that is detrimental to the individual as a result of the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To demand compensation for damages if the individual suffers damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
