Immovable properties located in the Çomaklı District of the District, owned by the Urban Transformation Directorate, will be sold by Open Bid Procedure, in accordance with Article 45 of the State Tender Law No. 2886, on 30/07/2026
1-The tender will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 14.00 in the Assembly Hall of our Municipality.
2-The list of documents to be requested from the tender participants is presented below. If photocopies or copies of the documents are given instead of the originals, the originals must be submitted.
a) From Real Persons: Temporary guarantee receipt or bank guarantee letter deposited to our Municipality, ID photocopy and address notification statement,
b) From Legal Entities: Temporary guarantee receipt or bank guarantee letter deposited to our Municipality, The company participating in the tender and the authorized person(s) representing the company must submit the certificate of authorization, signature circular and address notification
declaration to the Tender Commission and must not have overdue debts to our Municipality.
3- In order for the bidders to participate in the tender, they must deposit the amount of the Bid guarantee until the tender date and time.
4- The sales price will be collected in cash.
5- The title deeds will be issued after all debts are paid.
6- In case of disputes arising from this tender, Develi courts are authorized to resolve them.
8- The tender specifications can be obtained from the Develi Municipality Directorate of Zoning and Urbanization, from the website http://www.develi.bel.tr.
9-The Municipal Committee is authorized to decide whether to conduct the tender or not. It is announced to the relevant parties.
