Ali ORHAN
Director of Culture and Social Affairs
He graduated from Niğde University, School of Physical Education and Sports, Department of Physical Education Teaching in 2001, having started his studies there in 1997. He completed his short-term military service in the Air Force Command in Ankara in 2003.
Between 2001 and 2005, he worked as a Physical Education teacher at Öksüt, Çöten, Dumlupınar, and Mehmet Akif Ersoy Primary Schools. Between 2005 and 2009, he worked for Develi Municipality through a service contract. In 2009, he started as a manager in the Sultan Sazlığı National Park Environmental Municipalities Union as a contracted employee and was appointed as a permanent civil servant in 2013 with the enactment of the law. In the same year, he transferred to Develi Municipality as an instructor. He has experience in preparing and implementing projects under European Union Grant Programs and has ensured the implementation and execution of 11 European Union Grant projects in Develi. He is the Director of Culture and Social Affairs of Develi Municipality. He has served as the Manager of the Municipal Sports Club, a member of the Development Board of ORAN Development Agency, and an Independent Evaluator in Grant Project Evaluations. He is married and has 3 children.
