4-   In order for bidders to participate in the tender, they must deposit the amount of the provisional guarantee by the tender date and time. Additionally, photocopies of ID cards, providing an address in Turkey for notification purposes, and for legal entities, a document obtained within 2024 proving that the legal entity is registered in the registry, and a notarized power of attorney showing that those participating in the tender on behalf of the legal entity are authorized to represent the legal entity are required.

5-   The Municipal Council is authorized to decide whether or not to hold the tender.
