Strategic Plan
With the responsibilities brought to our municipality by Law No. 6360 on Metropolitan Municipalities, the population for which Develi Municipality is responsible has exceeded 60,000. We aim for exemplary and leading municipal governance by preparing our Strategic Plan covering the years 2025-2029 within the framework of a contemporary local government understanding. Our municipality's medium and long-term goals and objectives include: Achieving our fundamental principles and policies and target priorities; Measuring our activities with performance indicators; Ensuring the effective use of our resources and including monitoring and evaluation processes. In short, it is a roadmap for the goals our municipality desires and wants to achieve.
