Our Mayor Adem Şengül, attended the Ashura Day event organized by our fellow citizens in Karapınar Hamlet of Sarıkaya Neighborhood and had a conversation with them.

Our Mayor Adem Şengül, who helped with the cooking of Ashura, stated, “Ashura is our traditional, very important dish. ‘Ashura Day’ is celebrated all over our country. Ashura means solidarity. Ashura means the taste of diversity together. Just as Ashura consists of a thousand flavors, our country is also a place where people from a thousand different histories, cultures and origins meet, mingle and become brothers and sisters.”

Our Mayor Adem Şengül visited the ongoing asphalt patching work between Sarıkaya and Saraycık, which is being carried out with the support of our Metropolitan Municipality, and received information about it. He also visited the completed condolence houses in Saraycık Neighborhood and Çadıryeri Hamlet, which were also completed with the support of our Metropolitan Municipality, and received information about them. Our Mayor Adem Şengül, who also chatted with the residents of Saraycık Neighborhood and listened to their requests, said, “We continue to visit our neighborhoods and listen to the requests of our fellow citizens; we shape our work accordingly.
