May the approved zoning plan for the nursing home project be beneficial for Develi.
The 50-bed Nursing Home Project to be built by our philanthropic fellow citizen, Mr. Turan Aksu, was approved and accepted by the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Council in August.
The modern nursing home project, which will be built on a 23-acre plot of land on parcels 16 and 39 of block 513 in Reşadiye Neighborhood, and will have a 2,800 square meter indoor area and a capacity of 50 beds, will have its landscaping done by Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality and our municipality. Our Mayor Adem Şengül stated that the construction of the nursing home will begin as soon as possible, saying, “Our philanthropic Mr. Turan Aksu, who has earned the appreciation and love of everyone with the educational and health institutions he has brought to our district, will also add value to the social life of our district with the Nursing Home Project.
"It will bring benefits. I thank him once again on behalf of myself and all my fellow citizens.
