About Project
The project tender was held for 128 houses of 75 m² 2+1 on a 14342 m² area in the southeastern part of the TOKİ (Housing Development Administration) area, located in Bahçebaşı neighborhood, parcel number 1764, plot number 1. The construction contract was signed by the Housing Development Administration and the tender was held on February 13, 2017. The 2nd phase of TOKİ houses is nearing completion and will be delivered as soon as possible.
